Berm near Courtenay Costco would be humane

Dear editor,
Why can’t whoever owns the land between the Costco store (Costco? The city? A mysterious stranger?) and the neighbouring Elderberry subdivision put in a simple thing like a landscaped berm to ease those people’s stress?

Dear editor,Why can’t whoever owns the land between the Costco store (Costco? The city? A mysterious stranger?) and the neighbouring Elderberry subdivision put in a simple thing like a landscaped berm to ease those people’s stress? It’s the humane thing to do. Especially since the current buzzwords like “respect” and “green” are constantly used by society, especially politicians when they are soliciting your vote.A. Vanthournout,Courtenay
