Dear editor,
Why can’t whoever owns the land between the Costco store (Costco? The city? A mysterious stranger?) and the neighbouring Elderberry subdivision put in a simple thing like a landscaped berm to ease those people’s stress?

Dear editor,Why can’t whoever owns the land between the Costco store (Costco? The city? A mysterious stranger?) and the neighbouring Elderberry subdivision put in a simple thing like a landscaped berm to ease those people’s stress? It’s the humane thing to do.
