Community chips in

Dear editor,

Many Comox Valley organizations are recipients of our local businesses’ donations.

It is a part of what makes our Valley such a wonderful community.

The Courtenay Fish & Game is no exception and recently were the appreciative recipients of the generosity of George Castle of GC Tree Services and Rick Bracchi of Tireland. We thank them both. When you have the need for their services of trees looked after or tires maintained or replaced, please acknowledge them for their generosity to the Fish & Game.

Our thanks also to the Record for creating the opportunity for 30 members of the community to help in the Club’s Spring Cleanup of the roads leading to the club.
