Is anyone else tired of having their car bashed by one of those hit-and-run bozos while parked in a big lot? I can't afford to keep paying the $300 deductible, so here's an idea: Why don't the big stores with big parking lots, or groups of stores that share a parking lot, install a couple of surveillance cameras in their lots? There are surveillance cameras everywhere else, so why not? The police might be able to find these clowns and charge them, and ICBC would save money by having the criminals pay for repairs, and make money by raising the insurance rates of those people.
