Dear editor,
The B.C. government rightfully stepped on to take over administration of a care home here in the Valley to protect residents.
Glacier View Lodge voluntarily submits to an accreditation program which comprehensively reviews their service to our seniors, my wife and father included.
I believe this program should immediately be made mandatory in our province. We can lead the country on this and I hope care homes are included in the Canada Health Act.
