So far, Dukovich has been unsuccessful in keeping the Riverwood lands included in the Settlement Expansion Areas (SEAs) of the RGS, so they appear to be taking their ball and bat home with them by blocking access to the Duncan Bay Main logging road.
3L Developments has on two occasions threatened to block access to Stotan Falls as well for “liability reasons,” claiming they also “own” the bed of the Browns and Puntledge Rivers. In 2010, how can someone still “own” the bed of the river?
Time to get your flameproof suit on, Dukovich, aka 3L Developments, aka Lemare Lake Logging — you’re going to need it with this one. You’re not in Kansas anymore.
