Larry, give your head a shake!
The Willemar/Cumberland roundabout does not come close to the volume of traffic that the Lerwick/Ryan intersection has.
I can imagine sitting, waiting to enter the Lerwick/Ryan roundabout, while the incoming traffic just keeps driving by.
How about the RCMP start enforcing the speed limit and traffic regulations?
A red light camera would definitely help.
