Dear editor,
People are complaining about crossing over the road at Lerwick and Ryan. Why not build an overhead walkway? There are lots of them in the U.S. It would solve the problem. Also, we need one on Cliffe between 19th Street and 26th as there is no crosswalk at all. You have to go all the way down to 26th Street if you want to cross the road. And jay-walking is illegal.
