Dear editor,
This is an open letter to the caregivers for Murdo MacKenzie who allowed him to live independently at home until the day he died at the age of 92. The Omnicare team was caring, reliable and often went above the call of duty – you have our deepest gratitude.
Corrie Albrecht, your compassion, care and companionship for Murdo is greatly appreciated.
We also send our thanks to Debby Flowers, Dr. Brad Harris and the Comox Valley Hospice Society.
Finally thanks to the overall Comox Valley community who embraced Murdo during his final three years here.
