Dear editor,
Thank you for the excellent editorial in the Thursday, April 25 issue (Trying to rebuild history). It echoes my thoughts as I listened to the fervent declarations of commitment to resurrect Notre Dame cathedral. I suspect that Jesus wouldn’t have been advocating for the spending of millions to rebuild a worship space while there are those who are hungry and homeless.
