Dear editor,
I just am wondering as I read the article on the “Tall Wall” if the city knows they are trying to stem the flow of water - you know “water,” that liquid that flows to the lowest point and continues flowing? So my question to the city engineer who dreamt this up is, “Does he know where the water will flow next?”
