Dear editor,
I am curious as to who is paying for the new hospital’s parking lot. At St. Joe’s in Comox, where they turned control of the parking lot over to a private company, the hospital is only getting 10 per cent of the parking revenues. I hope that British Columbia taxpayers are not footing the bill, especially if the same arrangement stands for the new hospital. If it does, then the private company should be paying 90 per cent of the construction costs.
