The Comox Valley Baseball Association Bantam and Midget house divisions held their wind-up events on June 22-23.
Medals, refreshments and cake were handed out to all participants. Organizers thanked the following local businesses for their support; Safeway, Quality Foods, Superstore and Extra Foods. "Your generous donations of food stuffs are greatly appreciated."
With over 60 registered players on five teams, the year was a great success. "Thank you to our sponsors, the Comox Valley Record and Remax Ocean Pacific Realty for their continued support," a spokesperson said.
