The Comox Valley Pickleball Association inducted its new board of directors on Oct. 26 to head up the CVPA for its 2022 season.

The club has experienced tremendous growth over the past year with membership now beyond 300 as solid evidence of its popularity. Pickleball has clearly shown to be a most satisfying recreational sport for all ages and genders as well as an extremely healthful activity. Additionally, it is one of the least expensive and enjoyable sports and the camaraderie developed is second to none.

Pickleball can be played year-round in the Comox Valley, with outdoor courts at 775 Torrence Rd., Comox (Rotary Highland courts) and indoors, at the Comox Community Centre.
