Comox Valley Strikers second at volleyball play day

The Comox Valley Strikers U15 girls volleyball team kicked off the club season with a second-place finish at a North Island club play day last weekend in Parksville.

The Comox Valley Strikers U15 girls volleyball team kicked off the club season with a second-place finish at a North Island club play day last weekend in Parksville.

The Campbell River Crush won the tournament.

Nanaimo, Powell River and the host Parksville Thunder also competed.

A U17/18 girls play day is being held Sunday in Qualicum Beach. The CV Strikers 18U has two teams entered.
