The Courtenay Badminton Club can be likened to a fine wine that gets better with age.

In existence for more than 80 years, the club opens its doors for the 2018/19 season on Monday, Sept. 24.

Twice-weekly sessions take place at école Au-coeur-de-l’île in Comox, Mondays and Thursdays from 7:30-9:30 p.m.

Adult players with some experience are invited to drop in for a free night of play at the school, located at 566 Linshart Rd. near the Comox Firehall.
