Game on! Outdoor pickleball season starts up in the Comox Valley

Comox Valley Pickleball Association members Evie MacDonald and Donny Cruickshank (near court) take on Sharon de Goede (orange cap) and Jill Nelson in league play at the Highland Rotary courts in Comox Monday afternoon.

Pickleball courts in the Comox Valley were among the outdoor facilities that were declared re-opened last week by the emergency operations centre, following guidance from the Province through the BC Restart Plan. Players must adhere to physical distancing regulations, and other safety precautions (such as each player serving with his or her own ball). For information on pickleball, visit cvpickleball.ca
