Lambrick Park wins junior boys basketball tournament at Vanier Secondary

The Vanier Towhees hosted their long-running annual Junior Boys Basketball tournament last weekend at GP Vanier Secondary.

Eight teams competed.

Lambrick Park of Victoria won the championship in a hard fought 50-40 win over the Mark Isfeld Ice of Courtenay.

The Vanier boys claimed third place by cruising to an upset win, 55-41, over the NDSS (Nanaimo District Secondary) Islanders.
