TRU women win three

Camryn Curts of the Comox Valley scored the lone goal in a Saturday victory for the Thompson Rivers University women’s soccer team. The Kamloops side defeated Clark College during a three-match exhibition tour of Washington State.

The squad followed with a 3-1 win over host Columbia Basin College.

TRU was undefeated on the weekend.

The team kicks off the Canada West season Sept. 8 in Kamloops against the MacEwan University Griffins of Edmonton.
