Comox Community Baptist Church installs lift

The Comox Community Baptist Church recently installed an enclosed, exterior elevator lift.

With a deep desire to better serve the Comox Valley community, Comox Community Baptist Church recently installed an enclosed, exterior elevator lift.

This elevator lift provides ease of direct access to the second-storey main entrance. The elevator lift will be a safe resource to persons using a wheelchair, a walker, or persons who find it difficult or stressful to use stairs or the long incline of our wheelchair ramp.

The church acknowledges the support of the Canadian Baptists of Western Canada, who provided a $15,000 grant towards the total cost of the elevator lift. Western Elevator assembled and installed the elevator lift.

Comox Community Baptist Church is at 1250 Anderton Rd. in Comox.
