A reminder of important tax deadlines for City of Courtenay homeowners.
If you haven’t already:
• Claimed a homeowner grant for 2020 (you may claim your homeowner grant online until midnight on Dec. 31.)
• Claimed a retroactive home owner grant for 2019
• Paid your 2020 property taxes
• Submitted an application to defer 2020 property taxes
The deadline is Dec. 31, 2020, at 3 p.m. (Courtenay City Hall is closing at 3:00 p.m.)
