On Sunday, Aug. 19, the Courtenay Volunteer Fire Department will be having a fundraising car wash and BBQ at the Fire Hall located at 650 Cumberland Road. We are raising funds for one of our own, Andy Quinn, who has been training hard as a member of the 2018 Tour de Rock team. We are accepting donations for Andy and his team mates and offering car wash services and BBQ items. The event will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
