The WorkBC Find Your Fit touring career program came to Cumberland Community School Thursday, March1, and the stations were a hit with students all day.
The program, now in its fourth year, is an opportunity for students to get hands-on experience with career-planning tools.
“Events like Find Your Fit in Cumberland help students learn about career options and the education and training they need to get started,” said Melanie Mark, Minister of Advanced Education, Skills and Training. “This event is about opening the doors of possibility for the next generation.”
The Cumberland stop included the hugely popular pilot booth, as well as one for electronics, another for computer programs, and a health care booth.
