Mark Isfeld School’s Terry Fox Run nets more than $9,000

Mark Isfeld Secondary School held its 2oth consecutive Terry Fox Run on Oct. 1 and netted some amazing fundraising results.

Participating teams combined to raise $9,045.56 – surpassing what organizers described as “an ambitious goal” of $8,888.

The graduating students led the way, in record-setting fashion, raising a school-record $3,600.

Other notable team achievements were TA 25 (Cunningham) with $1805.90, TA 30 (Bayles) with $631.45 and TA 2 (Jokanovich) with $496.78.

The top 3 individual fundraisers were Phoebe Cunningham with $664.95, Will Howard with $555 and Fiona Sunderland with $515.

“Awesome job, as a school we should be very proud,” said Mark Isfeld teacher, Colin Cunningham.
