A City contractor will be conducting sewer pipe inspections this week (Aug 24-28), at various locations in a section of east Courtenay southwest of Ryan and Lerwick Roads.
Sewer pipe inspections involve using a remote control camera to grade the condition of the underground sanitary and drainage pipes in order to prioritize utility renewal throughout the City.
Motorists should be prepared for minor delays. Roadways may be reduced to single lane alternating traffic flow directly adjacent to working crews with traffic control personnel on site. Commuters are asked to be patient, slow down, and obey all traffic control personnel.
