Black Swan recital this Saturday

The Black Swan School of Celtic Music is having its annual Christmas recital this Saturday in the Rotary Room of the Florence Filberg Centre

The Black Swan School of Celtic Music is having its annual Christmas recital this Saturday in the Rotary Room of the Florence Filberg Centre.

This year, it is sponsored by the Long and McQuade Music Education Centre.

Everyone is welcome to join Black Swan in celebrating a Celtic Christmas. The music starts at 7.

So if you want to add a taste of Celtic fiddle music to your Christmas or Solstice celebration then come on down. The students will be playing traditional Celtic music on their fiddles and flutes and penny whistles and you can sing along to some old Christmas favorites.

The recent CD South Wind featuring the Black Swan Fiddlers will be available for sale.

For more information, contact David Stevenson at 250-890-0297.
