Bright colours to lighten moods at next Pearl Ellis Gallery show

Members of the Pearl Ellis Gallery have responded to the call to bring in their brightest colours, to help lighten moods and the gallery walls during the dreariest days of winter.

How individual artists interpret “bright colour” is the theme of the next exhibition, on display from Jan. 28-Feb. 15. Paintings, photography, fabric art and sculpture are included in the show and all work is available for purchase.

An opening reception will be held on Saturday, Feb. 1 from 1-3 pm. Artists will be in attendance and everyone is welcome.

The Pearl Ellis Gallery is located at 1729 Comox Avenue in Comox. Open Tuesday-Saturday, 10 am to 4 pm. Closed Sunday/Monday. Free admission.
