With John Showman, James Robertson, Roman Tome’ and Ben Whiteley, the band’s outlaw indie country sound channels Hank Williams Sr. as much as Arcade Fire to create exciting new music.

Showman is known for his work with the Creaking Tree String Quartet and Foggy Hogtown Boys.

Their debut, self-titled album was released in January. Recorded by roots and indie rock producer Chris Stringer (Obijou and Timber – Timbre) New Country Rehab highlights the group’s original compositions and deep musical palette.

They perform July 14 at the Waverley Hotel in Cumberland. There's a $10 cover charge and doors open at 9 p.m.
