The seventh season of the popular Simms Park Summer Concert Series is starting this weekend.
Grab your lawn chairs and blankets and experience local musicians in the beautiful outdoor setting of Simms Millennium Park. Free concerts happen Sundays at 7 p.m. unless otherwise marked.
June 24 — Comox Valley Concert Band is a well-established community band with members of all ages.
June 29 — Fiddlejam, old-time music for all ages.
July 15 — Mama Let 'em Play, winner of the Canada Day under-19 Battle of the Bands.
July 22 — Blues Legends, blues musicians from the Comox Valley.
Aug. 12 — Jazz in the Park, the Valley's best jazz musicians.
Aug. 19 — Country Pickin', country favourites by an all-star band.
Aug. 26 — Trio of Duos, three of the Valley's best duos perform outdoors.
