At the Canadian Tire Garden Centre, the team works hard to make the customer experience positive and pleasant, stocking the greenhouse with a wide variety of fruits and vegetables, flowers, trees and shrubbery that are well-suited to our climate zone, explains general manager Keith Pistell.
Watering, stocking, plant care and sales take up the bulk of the day, and while knowledge of plants and gardening is helpful, so are skills like the ability to work together, communicate well and provide friendly, helpful service.
