Kim Lorraine Giesbrecht (Biggs)
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Kim Lorraine Giesbrecht (Biggs) at 59 years young on February 26th, 2023; she was born on August 22nd, 1963.
Raised in Port Alberni, with her brothers Lee and Scott Biggs. Kim met Dennis Giesbrecht. They married on May 31st, 1986.
She and Dennis brought Ryan into this world on April 6th, 1988, & Krystaleen on September 30th, 1994.
Dennis found work in the Comox Valley. In 1992 they, Kim, Dennis, Ryan & pets, moved to the Comox Valley.
Kim worked for the Kingfisher Oceanside Resort as their night auditor, it was her night passion, loved it & her co-workers. Her other passion was the Puntledge Road Bottle Depot & the friends she met there, as well as camping.
Kim is survived by her husband Dennis, son Ryan & daughter Krystaleen, brothers Lee & Scott, Krista & Christa our cats princess Leah, Shadow & Dilly.
Kim is gone on to her next mission to be with her mom Carol (Eskola) & dad Al Biggs, later on, stepdad George Bouchard, Rose & Ed Giesbrecht, her best friends, Angie, Debi Forbes (Olafson),Lolly Bolen, Evelen Kardnal. Her pets Sony, Beau, Cloudy, Pacer, and Oreo.
She is in good company now.
A Celebration of Life will be at Kitty Coleman Park Picnic Area on Saturday, May 20th in the afternoon, as Kim loved her camping time out there.
