The Comox Valley Regional District (CVRD) is inviting residents of the region to the Civic Centre CVRD regional office conceptual design open house on Tuesday, March 21.
Residents can drop in at the CVRD Board- room (550B Comox Road) anytime between 4–7 p.m. to check out the conceptual designs, provide feedback, ask questions of the architect and learn more about the project.
“Having the closing conditions for the land on Harmston Avenue successfully completed on Feb. 28 now allows us to work with residents on the design of our new Civic Centre,” explains CVRD board chair Bruce Jolliffe. “By having residents involved in the process early we hope to be able to bring everyone along on this exciting journey together.”
Those unable to make the open house can provide feedback on the conceptual design options online at comoxvalleyrd.ca/civiccentre until noon on Friday, March 24.
All the feedback will be provided to the architect for consideration during the schematic design process.
