The School District 71 public speaking competition has been postponed due to the strike by BC Teachers' federation members.The districtwide competition was scheduled for March 7 at North Island College's Comox Valley campus.A Labour Relations Board ruling allowed teachers to fully withdraw services March 5 to 7.
