Hope Afloat Canada is celebrating 20 years of dragon-boating and is inviting all alumni, friends and supporters to join in on the celebration.
A special celebration of Breast Cancer Survivor Teams will take place at the Comox Marina, Saturday, June 13, at 3 p.m. Many of the club’s original paddlers and current team members will be there to celebrate this occasion.
The festivities will include a special carnation ceremony. The ceremony will be viewable from the Comox Marina boardwalk, at 3:30 p.m.
Hope Afloat Canada includes women who have been diagnosed with any form of cancer on our team today as well as some supporters.
All are welcome to join the celebration. Wear pink if you can.
