Comox Valley MLA Don McRae is on two cabinet committees, as appointed by Premier Christy Clark.
Announced Monday, McRae is on the influential Priorities and Planning Committee with chair Clark and vice-chair Rich Coleman. Other members include Finance Minister Michael de Jong and Peter Fassbender, who replaced McRae as education minister.
McRae, the new minister of social development and social innovation, is also on the Cabinet Committee on Secure Tomorrow, chaired by Terry Lake.
