There is a second all candidates meeting, for the candidates prior to the by-election on Saturday, Oct. 22, to fill the three vacant seats of the Union Bay Improvement District board.
Candidates vying for a trustee position on the board will be at the Union Bay Community Hall on Wednesday, Oct. 19, from 7-9 p.m.
A total of six candidates have filed nomination papers for the three vacant trustee positions: Rick Bitten, Jim Elliott, Cleve Goldswain, Ted Haraldson, Lone Jednorog and Susanna Kaljur.
