Pursuant to paragraph 7(2) of the said Act, Taylor Shellfish Canada ULC has deposited with the Minister of Transport, on the on-line Common Project Search Registry (http://cps.canada.ca/) and under registry number 5119 or, under the NPP File Number 1998-500427 a description of the following work, its site, and plans: Existing tenure and operating intertidal shellfish aquaculture facility located in Deep Bay, approximately at 49° 27’ 52 N, 124° 45’ 31 W, located on unsurveyed foreshore or land covered by water being part of the bed of Deep Bay, fronting Block 8 of District Lot 149, Nanaimo District, in the Province of British Columbia.
Pursuant to paragraph 7(2) of the said Act, Taylor Shellfish Canada ULC has deposited with the Minister of Transport, on the on-line Common Project Search Registry (http://cps.canada.ca/) and under registry number 5127 or, under the NPP File Number 1998-500425 a description of the following work, its site, and plans: Existing tenure and operating intertidal shellfish aquaculture facility located in Baynes Sound, Deep Bay, approximately at 49° 27’ 55 N, 124° 45’ 34 W, located on unsurveyed foreshore or land covered by water being part of the bed of Deep Bay in Baynes Sound, fronting Block 9 of District Lot 149 all in Nanaimo District, containing 10.9 hectares, more or less, in the Province of British Columbia.
Pursuant to paragraph 7(2) of the said Act, Taylor Shellfish Canada ULC has deposited with the Minister of Transport, on the on-line Common Project Search Registry (http://cps.canada.ca/) and under registry number 5128 or, under the NPP File Number 2006-500003 a description of the following work, its site, and plans: Existing tenure and operating intertidal shellfish aquaculture facility located in Deep Bay, approximately at 49° 27’ 56 N, 124° 45’ 51 W, located on unsurveyed foreshore or land being covered by water part of the bed of Deep Bay in Baynes Sound, District Lot 2039, Nanaimo District, containing 29.50 hectares, more or less, in the Province of British Columbia.
Pursuant to paragraph 7(2) of the said Act, Taylor Shellfish Canada ULC has deposited with the Minister of Transport, on the on-line Common Project Search Registry (http://cps.canada.ca/) and under registry number 5398 or, under the NPP File Number 2021-505343 a description of the following work, its site, and plans: Existing tenure and operating intertidal shellfish aquaculture facility located in Deep Bay, approximately at 49° 28’ 9.15” N, 124° 46’ 11.49” W, located on unsurveyed foreshore or land covered by water being part of the bed of Deep Bay, fronting Block 12, District Lot 149, Nanaimo District, Fanny Bay, in the Province of British Columbia.
