Take notice that Eric Symington of Amtak Developments LTD has filed with the Chief Permitting Officer pursuant to Part 10.2.1 of the Health and Safety Reclamation Code for Mines in British Columbia, a proposed mine plan together with a program for the protection and reclamation of the land and water courses related to the proposed sand & gravel located at “BLOCK A OF DISTRICT LOT 35 AND THAT PART OF PARCEL B (DD17521N) OF DISTRICT OF LOT 50, NEWCASTLE DISTRICT, CONTAINING 2.7250 HECTARES, MORE OR LESS.
A copy of the permit application, including supporting documentation, is available for public viewing at Public Library.
