It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Annette on October 19, 2019, our dear mother, daughter, sister (in-law), cousin and friend. Annette was a caring, loving, compassionate, sensitive soul, always ready to help a friend in need. She had a great sense of humor and zest for life, never wanting to miss out on a thing. Annette proudly joined the Canadian Armed Forces in her late teens where she spread her wings as she was stationed across Canada and grew to become a strong independent woman and mother.
Predeceased by her son Jeromy and brother Christopher and father Bernard; she will be dearly missed by her beautiful daughters; Sabrina, Jessica, Terie and Amanda, her mother and father; Donna and Glen, her siblings and partners; Janette (twin sister) and Ian; Leasa and Mark, Bernadette and Harry; nieces, nephews and extended family. Annette found great friends through work and life across Canada who became extended family and helped her during her time of illness. The family is so grateful to Laura and Scott, Melissa and Wayne, Cathy and Donny, Maggie and Gill, Ken and Sally and all the other wonderful people who spent time with and cared for her. The family would like to thank the staff at The View's Hospice at St. Joseph's in Comox where she received the utmost loving care.
Friends and family are invited to a Celebration of Life Service at the Little Red Church, 2182 Comox Ave, Comox BC on Wednesday, October 30th at 6 pm.
