Descendant of Comox Valley pioneer family passed away peacefully in Duncan Hos-pital on February 4, 2006. Art worked for Comox Log-ging and Crown Zellerbach until he retired in 1978. Predeceased by first wife Eileen (Sprout), brother Oscar and sister Phyllis (Hilchey). Survived by wife Hazel - Lake Cowichan, son Stan (Donna) Merville, step-children: Rolli (Jack) Gunderson, Toni (Reg) Davis, Rocky Elves, Rikki (Launi) Elves; grand and great-grandchildren: Diane - Jennifer & Britney Teesdale, Glen (Robin Hannah) - Kelvin & Rachel Beech; multi step-grand & great-grandchildren. Also survived by four sisters and two brothers.
Celebration of Life on Thursday, February 16, 1-4pm at Lake Cowichan Legion.
