After a courageous battle with cancer Barbara Louise Ellis-Clay (nee Young) passed away peacefully with her husband Larry by her side.
She leaves behind her loving husband Larry, sons Scott (Fernanda), Cameron (Kathleen), Barclay (Keri), Larry’s sons Paul (Jennifer), Mark (Sonja), Jonathon (Heidi), 18 grandchildren, her brother Larry (Donna) as well as many good friends and relatives.
A ‘Celebration of Life’ will be held at the Florence Filberg Centre, 411 Anderton, Courtenay, B.C., September 17th from 2 to 4 o’clock.
In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
