April 17, 1951 - January 14, 2008
Friends are invited to a Celebration of Life for much loved Barney (Ole) who passed away as a result of an accident. He was married to Connie for thirty-two years and had a close and loving family and many pets and companions. Predeceased by his father Olaf. Left to miss him are Connie, his mother Lisa Flaade of Athabasca, his sister Agnes King and nephew Chris Frotten, and many, many more loved family members from Alberta and lifelong friends.
A gathering at Courtenay Legion at 2:00-4:00 p.m. Friday, January 18th to remember a man who was a friend to everyone he met. A generous soul with a happy heart who will be missed and remembered forever. In lieu of flowers a donation to SPCA or better yet adopting a pet would make him smile.
