Betty Louise Stewart passed away on March 28, 2016 at St. Joseph’s Hospital with her family by her side. She was born on Dec 18th, 1922 in Squamish, BC. She grew up being the 3rd youngest of 11 siblings. Betty married Donald April 15, 1947 and finally settling in Courtenay were they lived for the next 61 years raising their 6 children. Betty was a loving and devoted mother and best friend to all her children. She will be forever in our hearts.
Predeceased by her husband Donald Wallace in 2009. Survived by 6 children, 9 grandchildren, and 15 great grandchildren.
