We, Barbara Gail and Ron Gary, regretfully relay the recent passing of both our parents, Ronald Hickison Greenaway and Claudia Alward Greenaway. Ron from Sarnia, and Claudia from Summerside met in PEI and shared 64 happy years together. They lived and worked and thrived in Nova Scotia, Alberta, and the Yukon; before settling down in Courtenay approximately 25 years ago. We will truly miss their love and caring.
We would like to express our considerable gratitude to all the cancer support workers and volunteers who helped care for our parents over these years. To name a few, the Red Cross, Free Masons, Comox Valley Health Care and Home Care men and women...Hospital staff on Vancouver Island and Vancouver, the Cancer Society and Cancer Treatment Centers and Lodge.
Dr Bakshi and his staff are rare jewels and Dr. Jenkins is a Valley Icon who thankfully came to our father's help when we needed a biopsy "today".
We believe our parents would want to say: Try To Be Healthy and Happy.
