Dorothy Gwendolyne Salmon (nee Chilton) passed away peacefully in Victoria on Monday, January 21st, 2019 at the age of 82 after living with dementia.
Gwen was pre-deceased by her husband Rick (1999) and daughter Kerry (2018) and is survived by her daughter Kelly (Patrick) and son-in law Brian. She has three grandsons, Jason, Matthew and Andrew and five great grandchildren.
Gwen was involved in many activities in the Valley, including being a baritone sax player with the Comox District Concert Band, a member of Glacier Greens Golf Club and the Curling Club and had many wonderful friends through these organizations.
A celebration of life is planned for Sunday, February 10th from 2-4 pm at Glacier Greens Golf Club.
