Jones - Edgar Owen, born December 4, 1954, passed away January 12, 2002, at the age of 47.
Predeceased by his mother, Yvonne Jones. Sadly missed by sons: Aaron and Matthew Jones; daughters-in-law: Leah, Sabina, and Danelle; five grandchildren: Elijah, Salem, Hejira, Austin, and Zachary; father Edgar Jones (Bonnie), Port Moody; former wife Janet Greve (Mark); four sisters: Wendy Jones (sons: Dustin & Jessie), Peggy Jones (son Riley), Sandy Norrie (Robbie) (sons: Dallas & Tyler), Jackie Meldrum (Sean) (daughter Kyla and son Casey). Family friends Ellen Nicholson and Jackie Hart, numerous relatives.

Memorial Service will be held Piercy Funeral Home, Saturday, January 26th, 2:00 pm, 440 England Ave., Courtenay 334-4464. Pastor Fox officiating. Ed will be missed by many special long time friends. Despite the illness that took his life he showed humor and courage throughout. Ed’s charisma, warm heart, and humor touched all that knew him.
