1935-2014
(CDN FLAG) Sonny passed away at the Charlotte County Hospital, St. Stephen, NB, on Tuesday, May 13, 2014. Born on Deer Island, NB, he is the son of the late Percy and Gertrude (Doughty) Greenlaw. Sonny was 78, and had served with the RCAF/CAF for over twenty years.
Survived by his three sons David of lnuvik, NWT, James (Sandy) wife Marlene of PEl, and Scott of Courtenay, BC wife Marlene, 7 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, his brother Dale wife Mary of Waweig, NB, sister Melva Armstrong of St. Stephen, NB, sister-in-law Doreen Greenlaw of Waweig, NB, cousins, nieces and nephews. Sonny was predeceased by his first son Robert, his brother Percy Jr (Buddy) and his sister Dorothy, and last year his partner Sharon Mitchell.
By Sonny’s request there will be no visitation or service. Cremation will take place. For those who wish memorial contributions can be made to the NB Lung Association or the Charlotte County Cancer Society would be appreciated by the Family.
