Born Oct. 16, 1926 in Denmark, died May 7, 2024 in Comox, BC. Predeceased by his beloved wife, Madeleine. Father to Mike and Tina, grandfather to Janet and Gayle, and great-grandfather to Gus. Frits came to Canada in 1950 and ended up working in BC in the logging industry. Frits and Madeleine retired to Courtenay in 1991. Frits lived at his property for 33 years and his last month at the Views. Frits (Granpa) will be dearly missed by all those who loved him.
