Gordie was survived by his wife of 64 years, May Ida MacKenzie (Newton), 4 children; Judy Derry (Ron), Diane MacKenzie, Sandy MacKenzie (Cheryl), Doug MacKenzie (Christine). He has 10 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
He passed away peacefully at the age of 89 on Thursday, April 19, 2018 at 6:15 pm.
