JOSEPH LOUIS PINEAU
Born on March 20th, 1925 in Mayfield, Prince Edward Island, Joseph Louis Pineau passed away peacefully in Comox, British Columbia on September 2nd, 2010. He was predeceased by his wife of 53 years, Louise. Louis is survived and will be dearly missed by his daughter Lana Ferguson and her husband Major and his grandchildren Katrina and Ryan Muress. Louis was a heavy equipment operator in the military until he retired. He was a member of the Legion and local kennel clubs. In his leisure time Louis enjoyed carving, fishing, seafood and dogs. He was a quiet and soft-spoken man, reserved and loyal to family and pets.
A Memorial Service in Celebration of Louis’ life will take place at Comox Valley Funeral Home, Cremation & Reception Centre, 1101 Ryan Road, Courtenay on Saturday, September 11th, 2010 at 10 a.m.
