It is with heavy hearts we announce our mother, Mabel Nicholas received her angel wings on July 23, 2016, one month prior to her 90th birthday. An amazing lady with incredible talents and strengths. She was a loving mother, grama, great grama, teacher, friend and knitting extraordinaire. A Royston resident for 75 years, she was our pillar. Mabel was predeceased by her parents Charles and Edith Stockand, son Brian, great grandson Isaac, brother Raymond, and husbands Gerry Bell, Jim Loyns, and Ben Nicholas. She will be forever missed by her children Bruce (Dawn), Dale (Jackie), Glen (Kate), and Maureen (Robert); 11 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and counting. A special thanks to the home care nurses and care aides, your kindness and support was outstanding. Special thanks to Julie, you're amazing.
